Advocacy
The Missouri Community Forestry Council "Speaks for Trees" and provides tree education via several methods. Members provide an annual letter of recommendations to the Missouri State Forester for the Community Forestry program, and creates and distributes educational materials to name a few of the advocacy activities.
MDC in partnership with MCFC tree give-away to long term care facility workers in appreciation for their work during the 2020-2021 pandemic.
