Conference Registration
Please read the following instructions before registering:
There are two steps to the registration process. Step 1 - Fill out the form below with all the required attendee information (must be completed for each attendee). Step 2 - Select the registration option(s) below the form. Choose all options and quantities to update your cart. Proceed to checkout once all options and quantities have been selected.
If you are registering more than one person, you must fill out the form for EACH attendee. This information is used for the name badges that each attendee will receive at the registration desk.
If you plan to attend BOTH the Pre-Conference Workshop and Conference, you need to fill out the form on this page AND the Pre-Conference Workshop page so it's clear that you are attending both. The Pre-Conference Workshop page can be found here. You can add each item to your cart and pay for both in the same transaction.

Conference Reimbursement Policy: Cancellations received prior to September 12, 2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee to cover administrative and credit card transaction costs. Refunds will be issued by check. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation deadline. You must reach out to the MCFC Administrator at [email protected].
