Exhibitor and Sponsorship Registration
A strong group of municipal foresters, arborists, horticulturists, nurserymen, utilities, non-profit organizations, and other professionals from Missouri and surrounding states will be in attendance.
This conference is an excellent opportunity to increase visibility for your company, while being associated with supporting the professional network of community forestry in Missouri and surrounding states.

There are two steps to the registration process. Step 1 - Fill out the form below with all the required attendee information. Step 2 - Select the registration option(s) below the form. Choose all options and quantities to update your cart. Proceed to checkout once all options and quantities have been selected.
Each exhibitor includes (1) registration for the Conference. A second representative at the exhibit booth will need to register for the full Conference. General Conference registration can be found here.

Conference Reimbursement Policy: Cancellations received prior to September 7, 2026 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee to cover administrative and credit card transaction costs. Refunds will be issued by check. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation deadline. You must reach out to the MCFC Administrator at [email protected].

Exhibitor - $550 A 8' table, 2 chairs, and electricity will be provided. There are 4 breaks with exhibitors, a lunch break (where attendees will visit your booth), and 1 evening social. |
Exhibitor (Double Booth) - $750 Two 8' tables, multiple chairs, and electricity will be provided. You may bring in larger items to place in your space in lieu of the table(s). There are 4 breaks with exhibitors, a lunch break (where attendees will visit your booth), and 1 evening social. |
